My interview Grace's Dad - Scott Schara about the medical murder of his daughter Grace
Scott relates to us how the so-called health care system used questionable protocols against parental consent that caused the of death of his daughter Grace at a hospital following the government treatment protocols that continue to fail at preventing COVID deaths. He will make the case that this is not medical failure or even malpractice but points to intentionally causing the death of Grace - murder. We also discuss practical ways to rescue people from hospitals that are doing the same thing. Fortunately, not all hospitals are following these evil practices but most of them are. Scott has set up a Hospital Hostage Hotline if you need assistance.

Supplement of the week
N-acetyl cysteine (NAC)
N-acetyl cysteine (NAC) is a form of the amino acid cysteine and has been on the market for 60 years. NAC is the supplement version of an essential amino acid named cysteine.
N-Acetyl-L-cysteine (NAC) is a precursor of reduced glutathione (GSH)
It is a dietary supplement that may help supercharge your performance and slow down aging largely due to the increase in glutathione it supports. Cysteine is one of three amino acids (along with glycine and glutamine) that make up glutathione.
NAC is used to treat overdoses of other drugs
Anyone who overdoses on acetaminophen (Tylenol) receives large doses of NAC in the emergency room, as it helps prevent liver damage by the increase of glutathione. Bryan Ardis a few weeks ago alerted us that NAC also blocks the action of snake venom proteins (if you wonder why that is important see the 11/08 podcast)
NAC also reduces the acetaldehyde toxicity1 that causes many hangover symptoms
Bryan Ardis alerted us that NAC blocks the action of snake venom proteins (if you wonder why that is important see the 11/08 podcast)
The problem is that glutathione tends to decline with age. It can also be reduced by factors like bad nutrition, stress and environmental toxins.
Studied effects of NAC
ANTI-AGING
NAC is a favorite supplement in the anti-aging community. One of the benefits of NAC is that it can replenish your glutathione levels by nearly 30%. Glutathione can help make you more resistant to oxidative stress, slowing down aging at a cellular level.
DETOXIFICATION
NAC can help the body rid itself of harmful toxins.
FERTILITY
NAC has been found to improve egg quality and increase pregnancy rates in women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). It can also help balance testosterone, one of the main drivers of infertility in women with PCOS.
INFLAMMATION
Clinical trials have found that NAC can help support a healthy inflammatory response in the body, which is helpful for relieving symptoms of respiratory conditions like chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and improving insulin resistance.
IMMUNE FUNCTION
Supplementing with NAC can not only help improve immune system health, but it may also help prevent viruses from replicating. However, research is limited. If you’re looking for supplements that help support immune function, consider products with science-backed ingredients like vitamin C, vitamin D and zinc.
DOSAGE
Most studies use a dose of between 1200-2400 mg, taken in 600 mg doses throughout the day. If you’re wondering when to take NAC, morning or night, know that it doesn’t matter exactly when you take it. However, you’ll absorb oral N-acetyl cysteine supplements best if you take them on an empty stomach, at least an hour away from eating.
How long does it take for NAC to work?
Research suggests NAC can increase and replenish antioxidant status in about a week. Like other antioxidant supplements, the longer you take NAC, the more you support your body’s resilience. A 2015 double-blind, placebo controlled study of middle-aged men found reduced signs of oxidative stress after four weeks of taking NAC, including improvements in blood pressure and cardiovascular health.
